General✦ These artworks are only for PERSONAL USE, for emotes or services for vtubers the commercial use is already included in the base price.
✦ Merchandising is FORBIDDEN. For Comercial use the price is different.
✦ Don't edit, trace or modify the final artwork and don't erase the signature.
✦ Please credit me if you are using the art on social media, you cannot claim my work as your own.
✦ I reserve the right to publish the final illustration or wips, If you wouldn't like your commission to be posted, let me know in the order form.
✦ I will not accept requests that do not come with the corresponding form.
✦ I reserve the right to reject a commission request if it exceeds my abilities or if I am not comfortable with it.
✦ The client is not allowed to use the product in any blockchain-related technology, including NFTs, cryptocurrencies, or future inventions.
✦ I will not allow the use of my illustrations in any AI-related projects.
✦ Any disrespectful behavior towards me will not be tolerated. This includes insults, harassment through private messages/comments, derogatory comments regarding my work, my prices, etc.

Process✦ Fill out the order form via VGen: https://vgen.co/NuaNuro
✦ The client accepts the quotation.
✦ Once the full payment is received, i will start with the commission.
✦ In some cases I will send a sketch of the proposal before payment, depending on if the assignment requires it or not.
✦ I work together with the client through a series of revisions (up to 3 revisions). Once you get the sketches you can request changes if needed, but you can't request a whole new drawing.
✦ When the review is approved, I'll continue until I finish it, just minor retouching is allowed.

Vtubers✦ Live2D models are considered commercial use, such as for streaming and social media.
✦ The PSD file will be ready for rigging.
✦ Art commissions for models must include their respective reference, which can be a model sheet, a PNG, or an illustration; otherwise, I cannot accept them.
✦ For rigging-only commissions, models without their respective separate pieces will not be accepted. However, I can make adjustments if necessary if I receive authorization from the original artist in advance.
✦ If your company/group will be handling the commission payment, the representative of your company MUST contact me.

Privacy✦ Please do not share any private information related to the payment process.
✦ No personal information of the client will be shared.
✦ If you want your commission to remain private, it must be specified in the order form. Wanting to keep the commission private means that I cannot share progress on my social networks or do streams involving working on it until the client grants the necessary permission.
✦ This also means that you, as the client, cannot share content of the commission if you have not discussed it with me beforehand.
✦ If you are a Vtuber, this is especially important; I must be informed if you are going through a debut or re-debut process.

Payments✦ Once the sketch stage begins, the commission cannot be canceled.
✦ If the commission is canceled, no progress will be granted.
✦ A refund will only be granted if I have not started the commission.
✦Prices may vary depending on the complexity of the commission.
✦ Payment must be made in advance. I will start your commission once the payment is received.
✦ Payment must be made within 48 hours, or the slot will be forfeited.
✦ If your commission needs to be ready by a specific date, it must be included in the order form.
✦ I am not responsible for errors that occur during the transaction.

Urgency Fee✦ Emergency fees will have an extra cost. Fees may vary depending on the project and the provided deadline.
✦ In some cases, I may accept an urgent commission that would significantly advance its queue. It will depend on the complexity and the time it will take me to complete the commission.

Copyright ✦ Do not claim my work as your own.
✦ Copyrights belong to me and remain with me.
✦ You must credit me as @Nua_Nuro / @NuaNuro in your bio, stream description, tweets, info page, etc., when you post my commission.
✦ Do not reproduce or redistribute my work (resell) without my permission.
✦ Do not sell the commissioned work as an NFT or legal action will be taken.
✦ I reserve the right to sign and/or watermark my own work.
✦ I retain all copyrights to my work, which includes the right to redistribute, reproduce, or use the image as a sample for sales or self-promotion, unless otherwise agreed. In the case of a public commission, I can do whatever I want with the art (e.g., post it on other sites like Instagram), but I will give you proper credit for the character design ownership.
✦ In the case of a commission, I will not claim rights to a character design unless it is one of my own designs. Therefore, I will not reuse/resell the Artwork for personal or commercial projects unless agreed upon.
✦ In the case of an adoptable design, I will not reuse/resell the design rights once ownership is transferred to you, the Client.
